The Light model pressure tanks are
particularly suitable for the distribution of glues, adhesives and low viscosity fluids.
They are made entirely of stainless steel. The filling of the fluid inside the tank takes place from the special hermetic cap placed above the tank which can be removed manually using a convenient lever. The maximum operating pressure is 3 bar. The capacities are 9 or 18 liters and it is possible to equip them with a fine mesh stainless steel filter at the outlet to microfilter the fluid from any impurities present.
Glue feed unit with double diaphragm pneumatic pump 1:1 ratio equipped with: suction pipe with filter and bottom valve, 1:1 automatic stainless steel pressure regulator, proportional valve for automatic control of fluid flow, stainless steel filter/pulsation dampener which has the double function to drop the pulsations of the pump and filter any possible impurities contained into the aspirated fluid.
On request a float level sensor can be installed to indicate the minimum fluid level into the bucket.
